Rachel Johnson

Completing her Bachelors in Music Education at the California State University, Fullerton, Rachel Johnson is a talented young musician in the Performing Arts. She is a member of the University Singers and has sang with the Pacific Symphony, Pacific Chorale, and Andrea Bocelli in venues such as the Staple Center, Verizon Amphitheater, OCPAC, and the Hollywood Bull. They have also completed World Tours to Vienna, Italy, and Germany where they performed for the United Nations and at some of the most sacred venues known to music history. The Treasurer of the American Choral Directors Association student chapter, Rachel is an active participant in keeping music in schools and has raised over two thousand dollars to donate to the Music Educators National Conference. A section Leader and Assistant Conductor at Newport Center United Methodist, Rachel has taught private piano and voice lessons for over a year and hopes to share the essence, strength, and mastery of music that has shaped her life.
