Rachel has been a professional dancer since 2004. She has performed and taught throughout the U.S. and Europe, and has worked with Joan Miller's Dance Players, Elisa Monte Dance, Nejla Yatkin NY2Dance, Mazzini Dance Collective and Contemporary Dance Wyoming. She spent the last three years teaching yoga and dance and performing with Contemporary Dance Wyoming at the Center for the Arts in Jackson, WY.

Rachel began her formal dance training at the Anneleise von Oettingen School of Ballet and the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, OH. She also attended ballet Tech of Ohio, Ballet Met, Dance Theater of Harlem, the Joffrey Ballet School in NYC and attended open classes at numerous institutions- the Ailey School, Dance New Amsterdam, Gibney Studios, Mark Morris, Steps and Peridance among others.

She began studying yoga in 2006, and later received her certification from Sonic Yoga in NYC. She continues to study yoga and dance so that she can share more than one perspective with her students and continue her own growth.

Rachel practices yoga because it brings her closer to the truth, and is grateful to share yoga with others. Her goal is to create an environment where people can release, discover and leave feeling changed in some way.
