Patricia (Trish) Hennessey

Radio personality since 1976...born and raised in Philadelphia, where I was the first female "Afternoon Drive" host on WRCP. My career was in Country for a long time, but my first "45" was by the Ronettes - and first LP was by Blood, Sweat & Tears. Meanwhile I adored Motown and what Jazz, etc., I heard on the hottest AM station back in the day, WIP. When I got the opportunity to play Contemporary Jazz in 2005, I ran! No looking back from there :) I host a radio show called "Hybrid Jazz From Trish Hennessey" - which I plan to transition into a full-time, ONLINE radio station! And I'm the enormously proud Mom of a young man - under the autism spectrum - who has faced challenges in his life with dignity and resolve. We have two cats named Rufus and Chaka Khan. We live, for the moment, in Cocoa - in Florida. A Go Fund Me is in progress at this moment (11/19/2017) to change that. We plan to move back to Baltimore where Mama here can launch her station!
