A business leader with diverse talents, Rand Golletz has held senior leadership roles with organizations such as the Hartford Insurance Group, Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers), and Montgomery Insurance Companies, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual. Building upon what he learned in these positions, Rand Golletz went on to found his own executive coaching and consulting firm. This company was headquartered in Laytonsville, Maryland, and assisted corporate leaders and entrepreneurs with issues that ranged from team leadership and interpersonal effectiveness to sales management and brand development.

In addition to serving companies and executives directly, Rand Golletz is an author who contributed a chapter to the 2010 nonfiction anthology Stepping Stones To Success, sharing the book with other contributors that included Deepak Chopra and Jack Canfield. In 2011, the publishing house of Morgan James & Co. released Mr. Golletz's second book, a solo work entitled Consensus Is Not Kumbaya - Lessons In Tough-Minded Leadership.
