Randy Lewis

Hello, my name is Randy Lewis, I am a Father of 2 Teenagers, Joshua 19 and Michaela 17. I made a promise to myself I was going to live a long full life with my kids. I was tired of my kids being embarrassed of their fat Dad at the pool. Just turned 4lthis year and I wanted to get into better shape and help others reach their fitness goals. I retired from the United States Navy after 22 years 1 month and 28 days of service in 2005 I weighed 227 when,now I weigh 192. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. I want to look my best and feel good about myself, I chose P90x, because a friend of mine said it did not work for him (he gave up) but I kept seeing the infomercials on TV and I told him I wanted to try it and so far I have lost 30 some pounds. I believe in the in the Beachbody programs and products and stand behind them 110 percent and I want to help as many people possible to achieve their goals.
