Ranjeet Reddy Paladugu

Since graduating from Old Dominion University with a master of engineering, experienced senior executive Ranjeet Reddy Paladugu has completed the Mastering Business Excellence program at the MIT Sloan School of Management and received his master of business administration from the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Ranjeet Reddy Paladugu’s diverse career history includes senior finance positions with not only the technology company Avaya and Qwest Communications, but also multiple divisions of the international personal care conglomerate L’Oreal.

Mr. Paladugu has served as the chief executive officer of the global investment firm Specialty Holdings since establishing it in early 2018. His work with Specialty Holdings revolves around restructuring and reinvigorating underperforming assets with a focus on optimizing long-term business value and growth. To accomplish this mission, he draws upon more than 20 years of senior-level experience in fields that include start-up developments, global branding, and M&A analysis.
