I'm Raphael Quixote Warner ENFJ Personality from Chicago, IL, full of passion, charisma and love for all around. I'm completely in love with Music, Coffee, Human Resources, Traveling and Advancing in all I do.

After finishing High School early, I was able to become a traveling dancer for 18 years, giving me a chance to see most of the World and experience many cultures.

Through the years I've been fortunate enough to instruct, choreograph, and design for High Schools, Youth Groups and other Organizations around the world. Children/Kids/Teens from 6-20 years old have trusted me for to advance them in the dance and color guard community to be the best, while pushing me to stay current and relevant.

I'm thankful for these opportunities and that these things were transferred in my professional worth ethic (Corporate & Retail) over the years.
