A.C. Harrison

Mesa, AZ

The author of "Jupiter Symphony," A.C. Harrison was born and raised in Arizona, where he graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Japanese language and culture. He has spent time in Japan and Brazil, traveling for his studies and learning what it is that makes his homeland unique. He resides in the Phoenix metro area with his wife and a farm of animals that includes two cats and two dogs (and no ark). When he is not writing or suffering his day job, he enjoys working on turbo-era Japanese sports cars, fishing, playing music, and target shooting. He believes no writer can succeed without a trusty pipe and an old Scotch whiskey.

A.C. Harrison would like to thank the people that are supporting him in his fledgling career, giving advice and lending assistance while he continually tortures himself over grammar rules and punctuation, including that most hated of enemies, the comma. He loves exploring technology and society through his writing, focusing his books on the 'cyberpunk' sub-genre of science fiction, throwing in such fun things as power armor, enormous rail guns, rebels from the desert, and passing references to Rage Against the Machine. He all too often uses the word "fuck" in his writing, although it makes him giggle.

A.C. Harrison writes a weekly blog that deals with his experiences in writing.
