Life is integrated with the spaces where we live, work and play, making buildings one of the most basic of human needs. For me, both with Architecture and Real Estate alike, it is this relationship between humans and housing that is fascinating. Both have an inseparable and a dynamic impact on one another.

As a REALTOR, it is my authentic intention to help my clients meet their needs and realize their dreams. In doing so, I also make it a self-fulfilling experience and attract success. My primary area of focus is the City of Toronto and the municipalities within the Greater Toronto Area.

My Bachelor of Architecture degree affords me a unique perspective into new homes and new condominiums. It is not everyone's forte to "Buy from a Plan". My clients and I, together as a team, have consistently picked out the most suitable real estate, maximizing the financial returns. The architectural insights that I gained through my formal training and experience as a REALTOR allows me to see potential in resale homes, that is not otherwise obvious. A recent client of mine doubled their investment in little over 2 years. I am particularly proud of that accomplishment and others like it.

I have the experience of conducting countless transactions, for both buyers and sellers alike. Among others, I have represented Her Majesty The Queen, to the complete satisfaction of the Public Works and Government Services Canada, to successfully complete sale of real estate forfeited to Her Majesty.
