Kendra Reddy
I'm a Leadership Coach, front of the room leader & speaker, social media geek, regular geek, and technophile. I work with organizations to help them figure out how to attract & engage powerful leaders, and help companies close the gap between their consumer brand and their employment brand.
I also work with powerful leaders and emerging leaders who are boldly pursuing their ambitions and committed to continuing to challenge themselves, the organizations they are a part of, and the people around them. I help people make conscious leadership choices, develop their brands, and reach the goals they're aiming for.
As a result of all this coaching and consulting; it becomes easier for the right businesses and the right individuals to become - and stay - attracted to each other. When people are clear on what's important to them and decide to engage both their heads and their hearts when making decisions, everyone and everything is elevated. Organizations understand how set paths and align courses with employees, while new and existing employees are empowered and encouraged to build their careers and make significant contributions regardless of position.
You've probably figured out that I have a lot of opinions on careers and leadership. I share some of them regularly in the online Executive Career Column for the Financial Post.
When I'm not speaking or coaching or writing, I'm usually running, cycling, cooking, hiking, laughing, napping, salsa dancing, or on my way to the airport. I have a fatal weakness for strong, bold coffee and hip hop & urban culture (the old skool kind, not the gun-toting punk gangster stuff); I'm always on the hunt for the hottest remix or mashup. I'm a bit of a quote junkie, more than a little quirky, and perpetually curious.
