Reef’s CEO Mike Mauceli built the company from a startup in 1987 into a major international business by the late 1990s. He directed the firm in drilling what was then Argentina’s deepest producing well. Mr. Mauceli currently maintains an investment interest in approximately 900 wells spanning the Bakken formation in North Dakota. He is a member of the Dallas Wildcatters Association.
