Regina Bailey and the Someone Cares Outreach are a for-profit, Las Vegas based nationwide program that is changing the culture of how we prepare our youth to make healthy life and career choices, be self-sufficient, and achieve sustainable success through coaching, mentoring, and the arts. Led by youth empowerment speaker, Regina Bailey, Someone Cares Campaign relies on community sponsorship and sliding scale participant and host fees to fund our individual and group programs.
