I'm a redeemed Jesus girl on a journey to fulfilling every purpose God has called me to. THAT takes courage. It is a journey that thankfully I don't walk alone. I'm tangled up in holy matrimony to a loving and gracious gentleman who has shown me Jesus, led me, loved me and covered me with grace. We have three kids, two of which I've given birth to. I'm a heart mom to the oldest or "bonus" mom. I hate the term "step mom" because I've never stepped on my bonus boy. I love chocolate, coffee and Jesus, and if the three of those are combined then that just makes for a super day! Life is full of great battles, challenges, wonderful moments and deep valleys and lows, all of which take courage to get through. I've walked through bitterness, anger, regret, harboring unforgiveness, living hopeless and stumbling upon the One who changed all that for me. Now my life is still high's and low's but a continual pursuit of living out and knowing intimately the maker of myself, the knitter of all things good, the author of my salvation and the perfector of my faith and the reason for my Hope and that is Jesus. I talk about life, I talk about love, I talk about grace and I make a lot of jokes in between because LIFE IS FUNNY!!! I'm aggressively un-fancy, loyal, transparent and opinionated.
