Renata Baldissara-Kunnela

I love technology, business development, leadership and management. I am constantly picking things here and there to make something else happen. I guess is due to my entrepreneurial spirit.
I began my career as BBA working for Banks and Petrobras (Oil company in Brazil). Then MBA of Organization & Management in Åbo Akademi (Finland) and now B.Sc. Information Business Technology at JAMK (Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences in Finland). I have international experience in Sales and Marketing. I am crazy about technology and it was natural the transition as the most significant innovations are in this area.

I have a special passion for UX (User Experience) field that encompasses Usability Research, Expert Reviews, Usability Testing, product development, mobile development strategies and responsive design.

I consider myself an international citizen due to my multicultural background as I have lived in Brazil, Spain and Finland for many years. Dealing with complete different cultures and be able to adapt to it accordingly is not an easy task. The secret to master cultural differences is to have an open mind to understand an embrace diversity.

I have 2 amazing kids: Petri 15 and Katri 13 y.o, and a good husband. My life is joyful due to the light and excitement my children bring me. Without them I would be lost. The best I can accomplish in life is done with them in mind.
