I love what I do! Call me a Tech geek that took Art classes; I live in the Technology, Digital, Creative/Design and Analytics world.

For the last eight years, I have focused on Talent Acquisition (Marketing/Creative, Digital/Database Technologies) and on Psychological studies.

My two passions are Talent Acquisition and Psychology. Hand-picking the people that turn out to be the Rock Stars; that make the company "THE place to work" is highly rewarding. You must put the talent first. Plus, digging in to evaluate someone’s experience, their personality to our culture (will it work?), and career goals allows me to marry these passions.

I live in San Francisco and I was brought here to join the recruiting team for Google Engineering. I feel fortunate to be part of an elite team of recruiters who find the brilliant technology talent that bring to life some of the most fascinating products and applications.

Before this adventure, I was living in Dallas, Texas. I managed recruitment for several Omnicom advertising/marketing agencies with a focus primarily on creative/design, technology, analytics, and strategy hiring. It was exceptional. The people inspired me every day.

Totally Personal Note: Things I love... Lexi, the NBA, chips and hot sauce, TEXAS TECH football, the smell and taste of coffee, cardio/running, when my brother quotes movies, laughing till I cry, wine, philosophizing, EDM, playing power hour, technology, higher education, barbershop quartets, horror movies, stand-up comedy, rollercoasters, rice krispies treats, thunder and rain, late late night TV, Vegas and throwing dice, summertime, sleeping in, happy hour, art, cheese, world traveling, laughing when someone falls, sushi, Freudian slips, playing the piano, all things Halloween and music.

Also, I can't say enough about the importance of on-going education. I believe that knowledge is power.
