Reshanda Billy

Réshanda Billy is a student at the University Of North Texas College Of

Music pursuing her Master’s degree in music performance in clarinet.

There, she has studied with Dr. James Gellespie, editor in chief

of the International Clarinet Association Journal, and is now

studying with Deborah Fabian, principal clarinetist of the Dallas

Wind Symphony. Réshanda received her Bachelor’s of Music

Education from the Northwestern State University School of

Music. She has been teaching both publically and privately for

eight years, and desires to equip each student with the tools

they need to attain their goals.
