Reynaldo “Rasy” Stephens
San Diego-based technician, creator, and proud father building community through food, family, and connection.

By day, I’m a Field Service Technician at Cox Communications, with hands-on expertise across fiber installations, coax video, data, telephony, and Cox HomeLife systems. My work focuses on delivering complete connectivity solutions — from advanced troubleshooting and system diagnostics to full residential installations — with an emphasis on technical precision, efficiency, and a strong customer experience.

In addition to my role in the field, I serve as a Board Member for Cox Charities, supporting employee giving programs, community initiatives, and local nonprofit partnerships. Giving back and staying connected to the community is a core part of who I am.

This role has strengthened my perspective on leadership, service, and community impact beyond the field.

Before transitioning into telecommunications, I built over 20 years of experience in internet marketing, SEO strategy, web design, and operations. That background shaped my approach to systems, problem-solving, and workflow efficiency — skills that continue to strengthen both my technical work and digital projects today.

Outside of telecom, I’m the creator behind Reynaldo’s Cocina 📍, a San Diego-based comfort food brand where I combine cooking, content creation, and digital strategy to build a growing local presence. From game day wings to family breakfasts and everyday comfort meals, my goal is simple: bring people together through food and real-life moments.

Earlier in life, I competed in track & field as a CIF San Diego Section Finals qualifier in shot put and discus, an experience that instilled discipline, preparation, and consistency — values that continue to guide me today.

At the core of it all, I’m a family man, a creator, and a builder focused on creating impact through connection, consistency, and community.
