An accomplished community and resource developer with many years of experience in the field, Rhea Ledda currently works as an Admissions Advisor with the American Intercontinental University in Portland, Oregon. Aside from her work in college admissions, she serves as an on-call para-educator substitute with Portland Public Schools. For more than 15 years, Rhea Ledda has participated in the Association of Junior Leagues International, which maintains locations in Portland, Chicago, New York City and globally.

Throughout her career, Rhea Ledda has cultivated a number of community service and community development skills that continue to serve her today. She possesses experience in the identification and sourcing of community organizations, primarily to fulfill internal training needs. In addition to working closely with neighborhood advocacy groups to establish public communications strategy, Rhea Ledda advocates for groups such as people with disabilities, seniors, and preschool students. In years past, she has leveraged her knowledge of community development to help decision-making entities create their agendas and move forward with evaluations and budgets.

Aside from her work as a community developer, Rhea Ledda has provided health services for a wide range of people throughout her life. She spent considerable time as a health services provider for five seniors by working as a Licensed Care Provider and overseeing a team of qualified caregivers. In addition to working as a volunteer Case Aide for people with disabilities, Rhea Ledda serves on an Advisory committee in her school district to implement and create additional resources for students on an IEP/IDP program focused on intellectual, emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.

Rhea Ledda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Philosophy and Biology from Willamette University.
