Rhuan Pedroza is an international entrepreneur and public servant, serving as Special Representative of the European Union for the Central Asia region and Moldova, as well as being Uruguay's Regional Director for Europe and serving as Director of International Partners at the European Investment Bank.

In the corporate sector, he is the current president and CEO of the auto parts manufacturing group TRW, the flexible packaging manufacturer Bemis, the Uruguayan financial services company Bantotal and the conglomerate of companies Pedroza Enterprises.

He founded, structured and expanded companies such as Rhuarte, today considered the largest group manufacturing stationery and office items, fashion and one of the largest advertising, marketing and public relations companies.

The electric vehicle manufacturer Karma Automotive, another successful case in his career, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
