Ricardo Guerrero is an independent digital and social media marketing consultant known as Digital Dynamo. Since 2013, he's helped organizations of various sizes improve their website UX & conversion, SEO/SEM, social media & social ads, and reviews as well as creating sustainable, action-oriented analytics & reporting on all projects. He's enabled CRMs to generate effective e-mail newsletters & campaigns in addition to guiding client's affiliates, social media, creative & tech teams' work and, at times, even managing external agencies.

The focus of his work is consistently on setting up his clients for success by creating efficient processes & procedures and training employees to manage them on their own. Ricardo prefers to "teach how to fish than to fish for them forever," and finds with the right approach & tools individuals of all levels in an organization can be empowered to drive organizational success. Some clients have included Bain Capital Ventures, Plex.tv, Mr. Rekey Locksmith, and others.

Prior to Digital Dynamo, Ricardo was the CEO and “Chief Buzz Generator” of Social Media Dynamo™, and a pioneering, award-winning social commerce marketer for the creation of the Dell Outlet Twitter program. Ricardo created most of Dell's original Twitter accounts in 2007, which generated $6.5M in their first 2.5 years, and established the core strategy for Dell's initial Twitter presence. Ricardo also worked at WCG in Austin, leading the team managing 2 of Hewlett-Packard's principal Twitter accounts, @HP & @HPdeals, in addition to assisting clients such as Verizon, BMC Software, and others. At the start of his professional career, Ricardo also worked as a web content developer and trainer at Dell for the first 7 of his 10 years there, returning to Dell as the Senior Marketing Manager for Wyse Cloud Client Computing from 2016-2020. Most recently, he was the CRM Manager at Thrive Pet Healthcare.

Ricardo has presented at SXSW and several conferences in Latin America, given he is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He has served on several non-profit boards, including currently being the secretary of arts-focused Fisterra Projects.

Ricardo is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and of Leadership Austin's 2015 Essential class.
