Leveraging more than 35 years of business and legal experience, Richard Nasti serves as executive vice president of New York's H.J. Kalikow & Company, where he oversees all aspects of the firm's real estate business. Richard Nasti joined the firm in 1987 and was tasked with managing the New York Post, which was owned by Kalikow, until 1994.

In addition to his role with Kalikow, Richard Nasti is the chairman of Stony Brook University's Center for Italian Studies and has held board positions with Iona College and the Iona Preparatory School. Concerning these positions, he was awarded the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic and Iona Preparatory Blessed Edmund Rice Award for Distinguished Service. He is also a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Freedom.

Earlier in his career, Richard Nasti was appointed by President Reagan to serve as regional administrator of the Urban Mass Transportation Administration, which included New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and the Virgin Islands, and had a $1 billion annual budget. He also worked six years for U.S. Senator Alfonse M. D'Amato in the capacities of campaign director and chief counsel. He completed his juris doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Stony Brook University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
