Im Rifat “Nobita” Anjum Born in Sylhet, Bangladesh, a passionate apparel and jersey designer whose creative journey began in the world of E-sports.
Back in 2018, I played PUBG Mobile for fun, which led me to co-found Psycho Esports in 2019 with my closest friends — Shizuka (Arpa), Nobisuki (Saidur), Doraemon (Jahid), and Suneo (Romel).

To support our tournaments, I started designing graphics to reduce costs — a small step that turned into my life’s work. From crafting the first Psycho Elite jersey to creating apparel for A1 Esports, CMF, GSM, Celestials, Team 1952, and streamers like G4H, Queeny Gaming, Noobboss, and Headshot King, my designs have traveled across gaming and fashion communities alike.

Today, I proudly work as a Senior Apparel Designer for American-based clothing brands, and I’ve also had the privilege to design for the Bangladesh National Football Team, Ronaldo’s (Brazilian footballer) club, and local brands like Orno Bangladesh and Nermz.

I’m the founder of Nobita Activewear, a brand that blends performance, art, and culture — representing the creative spirit of Bangladesh on a global stage.
