Rob Fortner

Rob is an Emergency Communications Professional with 30 years of experience. He currently serves as the Communications Manager for the Bay County Sheriff's Office in Panama City, Florida. He also serves as an Interoperable Communications Co-Chair for the Northwest Florida Domestic Security Task Force, and as a Member of the FloridaNet Advisory Committee. Rob holds a Master of Public Administration degree (Management Concentration) from the Florida Gulf Coast University, a Bachelor's degree (Political Science) from the Thomas A. Edison State College, and an Associate's degree (Liberal Arts) from the Pensacola State College. When he's not working, Rob enjoys bicycle riding in Panama City Beach or along Scenic Highway 30A.
