Rob Randall

I am a person with a passion for life, and I cease every opportunity to live life to the fullest. Carpe Diem is so cliche, however I truly do "Sieze the Day".

I was born in Hawaii and raised in the suburbs of San Diego, CA. As a child, I spent a lot of time in the outdoors and I was an active Boy Scout. I achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. When I graduated from High School, I enlisted in the U. S. Navy. I was trained and worked as a machinist, rising through the ranks from Recruit to Chief Petty Officer while repairing Submarines and Surface Ships. After 16 years Enlisted Service, I was selected for a Commission as a Chief Warrant Officer. I subsequently enjoyed tours on an Aircraft Carrier, as a Staff member at the European Command Headquarters, a Safety Analyst and Policy Maker at the Naval Safety Center, as an Engineering Officer on a Guided Missile Destroyer, and finally as an Instructor and Course Administrator at Surface Warfare Officers School Command. My career has taken me to 22 countries around the world and I have lived in Scotland and Italy for a combined 11 years. I will conclude my Naval Career after 27 years and 6 months of service in Summer of 2014.

I am married to my soul-mate, Christy. We have 3 Children aged 11, 10 and 7. We currently reside in Norfolk, VA.
