Accumulating over 30 years of actual experience in the field, Robert Abbasi is a well-seasoned veteran within the the real estate industry. Beginning in the early 1980's, his career began at a well-established investment brokerage where he was able to cut his teeth by closing a number of commercial real estate transactions. With hard work and talent, Mr. Abbasi was able to close over $300 million in commercial transactions.

With sufficient experience under his belt, Robert Abbasi struck out on his own, founding RTI Properties in 1986. His new venture was initially created to manage residential apartments within Southern California, but soon grew quickly to include Acquisitions, Commercial Property Brokerage & Leasing, Management and Development. Again hard work and talent paid off, as RTI Properties exceeded $2 billion in business.

Formerly a Board Director for a major business bank in Los Angeles, Robert Abbasi commercial real estatehas always understood the value of education and returned to school in 1993, garnering an MBA from USC’s prestigious John Marshall School of Business.

The early to mid-90’s proved to hold much opportunity within the real estate industry, and as prices dropped,Robert Abbasi real estate agent was able to capitalize by quickly buying up undervalued properties. His meager personal investments quickly grew into an enviable real estate portfolio that included commercial and apartment complexes alike.

Mr. Abbasi’s experience within the real estate industry has made him a source of wisdom as many prominent professionals now consult him for advice; the list include property managers, high-ranking business executives, attorneys, and private investors. Mr. Abbasi’s strengths lie within macroeconomic strategies within the currently changing real estate landscape as well as financially hedging one’s investments.
