Drawing upon more than a decade of sales and business leadership experience, Robert Gammons of Lake Nona, Florida, serves as founder and CEO of LG Consulting. Leveraging expertise in negotiations, customer relationships, government compliance, and other business-related skills, Mr. Gammons primarily provides consulting services for start-up enterprises outside of his Lake Nona community.

Prior to establishing the company in 2015, Mr. Gammons worked as a regional vice president with Encompass Home Health, where he oversaw management functions at five different home care offices and facilitated revenue growth through a streamlined patient processing system. He spent the previous six years as CEO of Phoenix Home Care, which he built into the 10th-largest home care enterprise in Florida before it was sold in 2014. He also served three years as a regional vice president with ASAP Home Oxygen.

Mr. Gammons holds a master's degree in education from Stetson University and is an honors biology graduate of Houghton College in New York. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and playing tennis. Also a private aviator, he belongs to a pilots’ association.
