Robert Hahn

I’m Robert Hahn, based in Washington, D.C., and currently serve as the Chief Advancement Officer at Birmingham Green Senior Care Facilities in Virginia. With over 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, I’ve dedicated my life to building community connections, raising mission awareness, and leading strategic outreach that makes a real impact. My career spans roles addressing rural hunger in America, poverty in Central America, and now, elder care and support for adults with disabilities. I’ve led teams both large and small, served on numerous nonprofit boards, and believe strongly in the power of empathy, trust, and consistent action. I’m a published writer, lifelong musician, and a firm believer that real change happens when we connect with people and show up with purpose. I’ve lived in places as diverse as Long Island, NY, and Luquillo, Puerto Rico, and each experience has shaped how I serve. Whether mentoring young professionals or engaging donors, my goal is always the same: uplift, empower, and inspire.
