Robert St.Peter

Robert is the founder and president of St.Peter Properties LLC. Which is a real estate investment company that focuse's on wholesaling, fix & flip and buy & hold investments. He also works virtual across the U.S. helping homeowners obtain full market value for their property through rent to own, contract for deed & other creative deal structure's. Robert enjoys giving back to beginning investors whenever possible as he can tell you about his humble beginnings. Robert has spent countless hours searching out information and then turning that information into ACTION!

Robert's interest in real estate started at a young age however the journey really began 12 years ago when he started a career as a loan originator, where he was envolved with and responsible for millions of dollars in transactions. With his finance knowledge Robert secured his first buy & hold property at 22, secured the rehab money for the project as well and then went to work. Robert suddely found himself hooked on real estate and has never looked back on investing.

Robert started out his investing career by rehabbing the property he had secured. Yes, the first deal he did was a rehab project and did he ever learn quick as he would be the first to tell you that it's not like you see on t.v. "there is a lot of planning, time, money, effort, and some unexpected headaches that go into a successful renovation". Robert learned a lot on his first project and he became a better investor due to the challenges. "what better way to learn than jump in" is what Robert would tell you. Wanting to learn more Robert quickly broadened his knowledge base and with that he started learning about REO, MLS, & HUD properties to add to his book of business.

When Robert isn't working you can be sure to find him outdoors scouting the beautiful wisconsin woods for the hunting season or fishing the boarding menominee river (michigan) for walleye he loves what mother nature has to offer the adventurous. Robert enjoy's to travel to new destinations and learn about other culutre's, sample various foods and meet new people. Robert most of all enjoys time with family and friends for barbecue's as he loves to cook and if you know Robert then you know he has skills when it come's to the grill. Robert is an avid sports fan and some may say a fantical Green Bay Packer fan. Go Pack Go!
