Leveraging over 35 years in construction project management and sales, Robert Yanik works to bring in new business for Aguanga, California's Organic Depot, LLC, an organic finished material enterprise. Robert Yanik spent the bulk of his career in construction with Baker Neal Construction, starting out as a foreman in 1984 and, after just two years, taking over as head of the company's sales, marketing, and estimating team. In his time with the company, he developed relationships that led to new business while also managing intricate project budgets.

Prior to working in the sales side of construction, Robert Yanik gained experience as a cleaning crew foreman and finisher for Ohio-based companies Albert Screen Print and Garland Floor Co. With the latter firm, he handled surface blasting equipment and prepped floors for epoxy coatings.

Robert Yanik earned an associate degree in marketing and management from the University of Akron in 1984. He enjoys spending time with family and attending car shows in his leisure time.
