Robert Loseto
I was born in Queens NY on November 15,1971. I got my passion for food from my grandfather. I can still remember the smell of sauce filling the house on Sunday mornings. It invoked a spark that lead me to a career in the culinary arts. I started my career as a chef working for Dockers in West Hampton NY. I have also worked for the Polo Club, ITT Sheraton and the Four Star John Peel Room in New York. Since moving to Florida I have worked for the Sheraton, Marriott, Charlie Chang and Hilton. Working for all of these eclectic places I have learned many innovative recipes and skills. Food is the one common tie we all share, we eat when we are happy or sad to celebrate live or death. It warms us when we are cold, and refreshes us when we are hot. It helps us remember good times, and people we love. It makes me happy knowing that my passion for food makes people feel that way. I feel to be successful in this industry, you must have exceptional ingredients, a happy staff and community involvement.
