ROBIN MASON

Mr. Mason is an Environmental Compliance Specialist/Manager with a diverse professional background and over 18 years experience in a variety of industrial, engineering/environmental and manufacturing settings. Mr. Mason's employment background includes stints as printer, warehouse clerk, military serviceman, administrative and executive assistant, information management specialist, network support technician, environmental technician, and tax preparer.

During his tenure as Principal Environmental Technician with Tetra Tech, Inc., Mr. Mason elevated to Environmental Compliance Manager, where he managed both corporate and sub-contracted employees on a Waste Treatment Radiological Assessment Project which finished within the planned scope of work and under budget, receiving accolades from DOD Air Force Environmental Management, BRAC, California State and Sacramento County authorities. The team managed to conduct assessments with minimal resources, which saved over $30k in equipment and contracted costs for the 5-year Waste Treatment Replacement Project. Also in that role, Mr. Mason eventually became a field radiological/safety trainer manager, and trainer for construction, corporate, and new/experienced corporate personnel or clients, instructing on topics ranging from radiological investigations, occupational safety and report writing, to environmental remediation and hazardous waste handling/disposal.

Mr. Mason's experience with occupational safety and health training, safety program coordination and support, and environmental regulatory compliance has proven to be complimentary to instructing, investigating, consulting and remediation on topics related to these programs and ensuring occupational safety awareness and practices, and has enabled him to more effectively present important safety/environmental issues to a wide variety of audiences.
