I have lived in North Carolina for the past twenty five years. I was fortunate enough to have lived in Belfast, Northern Ireland where I was exposed to a different culture and food. I have had a lifetime in the food industry. I'm passionate about food and the folks that serve it to you! Those closest to me say I’m dedicated and conscientious.
