A prominent figure in the field of business immigration law, Rodney Malpert engages with Fragomen, Del Rey & Loewy, LLP, as partner. Focusing much of his practice in Silicon Valley, Rodney Malpert also leads the firm’s Phoenix office. His firm provides services spanning 170 countries and encompasses 3,400 legal professionals and support staff.

Mr. Malpert’s areas of extensive knowledge include corporate reorganizations and PERM labor certification. Active in his field, he engages with the United States Congress and other federal agencies on immigration reform proposals at the national level, and he has been featured in the past seven editions of Who’s Who Legal – The International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers.

Mr. Malpert's involvement in his field extends to authorship of a pair of business immigration law looseleaf treatises that are updated each year. He is also a longtime American Immigration Lawyers Association annual conference book editor. An experienced teacher as well, Rodney Malpert has taught courses in his area of professional focus at Southern Methodist University Law School and Arizona State University Law School.
