Roger Hale
Specializing in tax credit housing management and portfolio supervision, Roger Hale currently serves as Director of Operations and Real Estate Broker for Guardian Real Estate, LLC, a company that manages approximately 1,000 rental units in Omaha, Nebraska; Council Bluffs, Iowa; and surrounding areas. In addition to his 16 years of experience as a property manager and 11 years of experience as a portfolio and tax credit compliance supervisor, Roger Hale also owns interest in more than 15,000-square-feet of commercial space, 130 apartment units, and a 286-stall parking garage. After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1995, Roger Hale joined the Seldin Company, a Council Bluffs-based firm specializing in commercial real estate and development. While there, Roger Hale successfully managed a large portfolio of tax credit properties, increasing their occupancy levels and property values through the effective development of capital improvement programs and the reduction of budgetary constraints. As Director of Operations for Guardian Real Estate, Roger Hale is responsible for the management of a diverse group of properties, including the Harvester Artspace Lofts, a converted turn-of-the-century warehouse that now boasts 36 affordable, apartments designed for artists to live and work. Roger Hale holds real estate broker licenses for Nebraska and Iowa. He has completed the Crime Free Multi-Family Housing Program, a crime prevention program offered by the Omaha Police Department, as well as the Fair Housing Seminar, sponsored by the Omaha Housing Authority.
