MY FUNCTION--
I am a Corporate generalist with substantial in-house consultant experience. High premium on providing preemptive pre-legal support and services to not for-profit organizations .I also recruit prospective clients for various law firms . I primarily Focus on intellectual property, contract drafting and union negotiation.As a junior consultant I work under the leadership of a senior professional. We review the corporation's internal procedures, mechanisms or policies, and we ensure those procedures are adequate and functional. As an Independent Contractor , I also ensure that corporate procedures comply with industry standards, top management's directives, human resources policies and regulatory guidelines. I am also contracted with ( 2 ) Major High profiled AV-rated law firms
Lastly, I am affiliated with the Marketing of various legal, plans of certain firms in the Tri-state area.My expertise lends support to various legal service providers / firms that officially operate under the auspice of public trading companies under New York Stock Exchange.
