Ross began his career in coffee as a barista in the late 90's and then on to coffee roasting after finishing his BA applied science. In 2006 he participated in barista judging for the first time, since then he has judged at State, National and International Level as WBC certified for the last 6 years. A former President if The Australasian Specialty Coffee Association (AASCA). Participant in Cup of Excellence Jury Brasil '11 and hoping to find more ways to give back to specialty coffee. He has worked extensively in coffee production facilities in QC, Management, Morale ;) and green bean buying. Recently traveling all over the world as part of the St Ali group in General Manager role, he loves listening to the story of coffee and the people that help write the story every day.
