Ross embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 7, managing small businesses during his teenage years and honing his skills in commerce.

After completing his education at SACS, Ross transitioned into rugby coaching, marking the beginning of a transformative journey towards self-discovery and authentic leadership. In tandem with his coaching pursuits, Ross established the widely popular rugby coaching website and social media brand, "rossrugby." This platform played a crucial role in his formative marketing experience, showcasing his expertise and garnering attention for his coaching and marketing prowess.

The success of "rossrugby" not only solidified Ross's standing in the rugby community but also opened doors to exciting opportunities. His marketing acumen, refined through the brand, led to his appointment as a specialist marketer at various schools and rugby clubs throughout Cape Town. This unique combination of coaching and marketing expertise propelled Ross's career, culminating in a decade-long coaching journey that reached its pinnacle at Varsity Cup 1st XV level with the Ikey Tigers.

In pursuit of new challenges, Ross transitioned from coaching to the business world, serving as a Marketing Specialist at 4Di Technologies within the 4Di Group. Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, he took a bold step in 2015, founding INVRSN, a marketing agency initially catering to small and medium-sized businesses.

While at the helm of INVRSN, Ross co-founded Fanport, a funded startup to revolutionise fundraising and branded clothing in South Africa through an online portal. Despite initial success, INVRSN's growth led to the decision to close Fanport. This experience imparted valuable lessons, shaping Ross's business approach.

INVRSN has not only thrived but has also collaborated with global brands, solidifying its position as an exciting player in the marketing world. The insights gained from the Fanport journey have proven instrumental in enhancing services for INVRSN's diverse clientele.
