Rossina Gil is a Leadership & Organization Development practitioner. She is the founder of the Leadership & Organization Development consultancy, Corporate Looking Glass, LLC, which has associates based across the USA. She is currently a Master Facilitator for a Global Leadership program for the Senior Leaders of EY (Ernst & Young), and furthers its Vision 2020.

She is the active Chair of Mentor Programs for Nashville's Civic and Business Leaders (CAB!E), Chair for the Graziadio Alumni Network, and serves on the Advisory Board for the California State Penitentiary San Quentin's Insight Garden Program.

She is the author of The Corporate Looking Glass: Using Culture for Your Competitive Advantage, which core material stems from the 2,000+ executives she has coached. Her book is now in its third year of use at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business & Management.

Originally from Los Angeles and the Napa Valley, Rossina now calls Nashville her home.
