Roy Dowdell

A business executive with more than 25 years of experience, Roy Dowdell recently provided financial consulting services to CMS Bank in White Plains, New York. His responsibilities in this role included preparing financial reports on stock exchange activity through NASDAQ and filing audit documentation. Additionally, Roy Dowdell completed 10-K and 10-Q reports, due diligence on merger proposals and advised on the firm’s tax reviews.

Prior to accepting Mr. Dowdell role at CMS Bank, he held the chief financial officer position at TMA, Inc. In this position, he oversaw investment planning, managed budget reporting and allocations, and assisted with supervising operations in the IT, HR, and sales departments.

In addition, he attends many local churches, where he previously served as deacon, Sunday school teacher, and treasurer.
