Royser León Marval is an Architect, with a Magister Scientiarum in Urban Design and Specialization in Project Management. She has over ten years experience as a: Construction Supervisor, Building Inspector, Designer Architect, Project Leader and Project Coordinator. She has worked on projects from conceptual engineering stage thought to detailed engineering, architecture, urban design and planning stages. She has a particular interest in projects involving social, economic and environmental issues. As a leader project sher has taken some course about personal and profesional development, as a Seminars Insight with the purpose to get tools to manage profesional teams. She took Insight I, II, III and IV Seminar in Caracas, Venezuela and Santiago de Chile, Chile. She became a member to Project Management Institute in January 2013, her ID is 1726406.
She is highly experienced in planning, designing and coordinating projects in both the public and private sectors. She has considerable experience in managing high performance teams which she motivates through clear project objectives and hands-on approach. She is looking to further her career with a professional firm with a focus on environmental sustainability as well as project involving academic work and advising corporations. She was studying English, during about 17 weeks in Embassy English in Cambridge, England, where I got Upper Intermediate level. She did it with a view to applying for a better job and get a degree germane with sustainably subject.
