An aviation professional with a category 1 medical certificate attached to his Canadian airline transport pilot license, Ryan Atkins is a full-time pilot residing in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Since joining the industry in 2004, he has honed his expertise flying BE20, BAe31/32, and B737NG aircrafts with companies such as Westjet Airlines and BarXH Air. More recently, he flew C650/C560 planes for Chartright Air Group as a captain. Today, Ryan Atkins utilizes his 650 citation to provide aviation transport for Skyservice. Concurrently, he owns and operates Glacier Construction. With a passion for flipping homes, he founded the Canada-based company in 2009.

Away from work, Ryan Atkins enjoys the outdoors. He likes to fish and hike as well as waterski and wakeboard. His other interests include traveling abroad and sailing. Mr. Atkins has sailed the Greek Islands and intends to return in the near future to further explore the region. Also interested in live music and entertainment, he enjoys attending Cirque du Soleil shows and performances of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.
