I am a dedicated IT professional who loves technology, new and old, and strives to understand how it can be leveraged to my advantage in both my personal and work life. I have worked in call centers for 10 years, the last four years working in the Information Technology department. During this time I have had the opportunity to interact with and gain basic understanding of the Networking, Telecom and Systems aspects of call centers and have assisted with the continuous growth of a major data center for my current employer. I am an experienced leader, having managed a minimum of five Desktop Engineers over the past four years, while having supervised telephone agents on a team consisting of approximately 25-30 agents for 2 years.
