I would like to share what I call “The ingredients” of Sheila Tiller-Tooks. I’m a self-starter, but believe strongly in being a team player and playing my part within any stetting. On several occasions, I have been called thorough, dependable, and loyal. Not only am I a born leader, I bring years of leadership experience to the table including President, Chair, Co-Chair and a Director. I have the innate ability to communicate with people easily, including being a great listener and, although I am compassionate and empathetic, I am professional first. I make good, sound decisions in a timely manner. I am not afraid to have hard conversations to get to a point of resolution, understanding or aggreeance.

Finally, I have a professional and fun personality with just enough wit. When you mix all of these ingredients together you will find that I am hard-working and fun being around.
