I have worked as a Supply Chain Recruiter for the majority of my 19+ year career, both in corporate recruiting and staffing agency environments. I founded SCM Talent Group back in 2004 with the goal of helping companies optimize their supply chains by connecting them with top supply chain talent.

Throughout my career I have specialized in recruiting across the full spectrum of the end-to-end supply chain discipline and have developed deep talent networks within logistics, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory planning, continuous improvement, quality, sustainability and executive leadership.

To date, I have filled over 1,000 professional-level supply chain positions ranging from executive-level in corporate headquarter settings to high-volume roles across large networks of manufacturing and logistics facilities within North America.
