I am a career minded Administrative Professional focused on teaming with leadership to provide gate keeping administrative services allowing leadership to be more productive and increase their opportunities to be in front of clients and /or targets instead of focusing on administrative tasks in the office.

I possess extensive knowledge about and experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite (both 2003 and 2007) including WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, ONE NOTE, and POWERPOINT. In my current position, I have developed and led training sessions for the transition from Microsoft Office Suite 2003 to 2007.

This knowledge also extends to the internet including building/maintaining websites for the office and for personal use (www.dancingwithsam.com); social media (Linked In, Facebook and Twitter); research using various sites (Bing, Google, Yahoo!, One Source, etc.) and I am familiar with "smartphone" (Android and Blackberry) technology.

Currently I am responsible for various administrative duties, including (but not limited to) preparing memorandums, engagement letters, time sheets and expense reports; researching, preparing, and distribution of invoices; composing and monitoring email and voice mail; and I am the past editor of our monthly office newsletter.

Throughout my career, I have experience in arranging simple and complex domestic and international travel, seminars, conventions, local meetings, and special events (Holiday parties, celebrations, etc).
