I remember walking under an ancient arch from the XIII Century and feeling my life changed, in few seconds… Was it magic, mystic or just a poetic illusion? I decided to paint this personal initiation to illustrate the mysteries around us and beauty of life… full of surprises. I changed the composition and colours on each canvas to focus the witness on the sensation of movement: “it’s not the destination, it’s the journey”.

Through a singular, abstract language of pop art-inspired colours and geometric or organic shapes, in the continuity of the constructivism movement, I conceptualize allegories, stories or landscapes, visions populated by characters and narrative expressions of subconscious memories. All pieces are hand-made through a meticulous and conscientious process, where perfectly smooth contours emphasize the essence, rather than the appearance.
