Hey everyone! I'm a Student at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Looking for someone to sublease my apartment during Spring and/or Summer 2012.
This is an awesome, spacious, upscale apartment at the Sutton Place Apartment Complex. Located at the heart of Boltol Hill at 1111 Park Avenue.
You will be sharing this 2 BR apartment with Nick, my roomate. Nick is a Senior Environmental Designer at MICA. He is really easy going and being a senior, he spends most of his time working outside of the house.
The apartment is fully furnished. your bedroom will include a queen size bed, a office desk, lights, a 6 door closet, a chair. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. Living room has a brand new futon, a chair, and drafting table.
The utilities will be shared as well as the internet. Your share of the utilities will vary from $30 to $50 a month. Internet is $20. The fixed rent is $625.
