Sakshi Katiyal, CEO – Home & Soul, is a judicious leader, proactive inthe areas of Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Branding. In herearlier role with Investors Clinic (2009 – 2013), she was involvedin project coordination, reconciliation and public relations. Duringher tenure with Investors Clinic, she played an active part inintroducing high tech softwares for inventory management and salestracking. She was also responsible for building the HR department,developing the task force and initiating Loan Clinic, a subsidiary ofInvestors Clinic. Her invaluable inputs have taken the organizationto a whole new level of professionalism, lending it structure,organization, speed and efficiency. As the backbone of after salesand customer satisfaction departments, she has contributedextensively in consolidating the image and reputation of the company.

SakshiKatiyal has a degree in B.Com from Delhi University and has alsoreceived a diploma in fashion designing from ONGC Polytechnic,Dehradun. She is a pass out of St. Paul’s School, Moradabad. At thestart of her career, she has worked extensively with merchandisingand fashion brands. She joined an export house as a merchandiser anddesigner where she worked with top brands like Zara, JC Penny, DPAM,TAPA LOEI, PUMPKIN PATCH to name a few. She also worked with buyinghouses OTTO - AGN , GAP and Alliance Merchandising and dealt with brands like MAX MARA, RMX JOSS, BAUR, OTTO, CASTRO, Old Navy ,ANTHROPOLOGIE etc.
