Well my very first job I worked as asekeeper in Lafayette,Indiana.That was April 2006.I worked there probably about a month and then I moved back to Indianpolis to be closer to family do to the fact I was pregnant with my first child.Then in March 2010 I got a good job as a Cashier for Dollar Tree.There I found out my comfort zone and found out how much I loved working retail.I worked there for a total of three months and my manager selected me as a canidate to be a asst manager opening for Deals same company because of my skills which were setting up planagrams,recovery,running cash register quickly,dealing with customer comlaints and money efficaintly.Then in June 2011 I started on at Deals as the new asst manager.There I had to train new cashiers,opening and closing the stores,Doing all day deposits,inventory,ordering merchandise,log in vendors,recovery,planagram set ups,pricechanges,unloading truck,and stocking.Everything I did I love but a bad thing about working an a small reatil there was alot of rumors.I try to ignore what I can because my job was mst important to help raising my family.Then in November 2011 I told my boss I was expecting another child.Soon after I worked my butt off for the next few days because my manager ateended a funeral and one asst called in then the other was on vacation so I open and closed that store for 2 days straight.A asst manger had a few nasty word to say to me in front of customers I completly ignored there was some complaints from some customers about the things said.I guess just because I was caught in the middle and was getting replaced because I was pregant the distric manager cut me as well.I really can care less about arguing with anyone.I want to work with something Im confident in doing and something I enjoy.I love being in charge and intereacting with customers and everyday life all I ask is to find a company that wants a hard worker like myself and just give me a chance.I know that it be the best decision that they made.Which would you rather have someone that knows they can do the job with no problems or take a chance of picking someone who doubts themselves and cannot do the expectations.So If interested please give me a chance.
