Hello, I'm Sampath Manickam (also known as M Sampath), a technologist and transformation leader with over 30 years of global experience spanning financial infrastructure, telecom, OTT media platforms, and mission-critical datacenters.

I’ve led global consulting programs at Wipro and IBM, operated OTT media platforms at Jio (serving 380M+ users), and was a founding team member at Nxtra Data (a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel). My leadership has consistently driven innovation and operational excellence at scale, combining engineering execution, vision-setting, and automation across highly regulated and high-velocity markets.

My current focus spans Generative AI, Ethical AI, AIOps, DevOps, and digital trust frameworks—where governance truly meets scale. I’ve pioneered resilient infrastructures, zero-touch operations, observability, and next-gen readiness across large enterprises with direct P&L and cost center accountability.
